    Our client is a fast growing cloud based Technology organization which is headquartered in Singapore. This newly minted role is created at the group level reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) supporting the senior leadership team to pivot their Human capital capabilities and experience.  The leaders are ready to re-think and transform their people agenda.

    Responsibilities

    As the Group HR Manager, you will help to shape the organization culture and environment that empowers people to do their best work and influences their employee engagement level. You are tasked to enhance the talent development and work with leaders to help them shape their optimal organization design, build talent development strategies and engaging employee experiences. You will have opportunities to lead companywide HR projects and initiatives in a regional capacity.

     

    The business is still rapidly expanding in ASEAN and South Pacific. You will be managing a lean team, this is a hands on role where you will be responsible for both driving HR strategies and People Solutions including workforce planning, leadership and talent management and development, organizational development and culture.

    Requirements

    You will have over 15 years of HR full spectrum experience. You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR Business partnering roles gained in Tech or fast paced organization. Ideally, you have experience supporting businesses in high growth phase. You will possess the aptitude in learning and the agility to be both a strategic thinker and operationally hands on. You are passionate with the human capital agenda and initiatives. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.  Passion in either talent and learning or total rewards will be a huge plus.
