Our client is a mid-sized regional technology services company which continues to achieve strong financial performance in the current market. To support its continued growth agenda, there is now a newly created opportunity for a dynamic HR leader to lead the group’s Human Resources function, based in Hong Kong.
This is an exciting role where you will transform and lead the group’s human resources function partnering the group CEO and business leaders in moving an entrepreneurial, successful and growing tech services company from good to great. You will develop and execute its HR strategy, design and deliver targeted solutions including organisational development, performance management and rewards revamp as well as strategic planning, visioning and communication on a broad range of HR topics. You will drive HR operational excellence, people decisioning based on data, and adopt best practices across talent attraction and retention, talent management and development, rewards and benefits, and employee engagement. You will be instrumental in defining and being an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best in class work environment.
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in human resource leadership roles covering Hong Kong and Greater China markets gained in technology, professional services or banking & financial services sectors. You are a people-centric leader with experience working through business transformations, driving capability building and organisational development. Fluency in Mandarin will be essential due to frequent communication with stakeholders in China. You are innovative, future-focused, strategic yet highly hands on. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
