Our client is an established Singapore industrial manufacturer with footprint in South East Asia and significant focus in China. The business and its financials remain resilient despite the economic challenges and is continuing to grow its business. As a result, it is now seeking to appoint a Group Human Resources Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a hands on role where you will develop and apply talent strategies and HR best practices to policies and processes to achieve synergies and drive optimization across the Group. You will proactively develop solutions and advise all manufacturing sites on HR topics including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, retention and succession planning. You will be responsible for all Group HR matters pertaining to listed company requirements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, legislations and local laws. You will continue to develop the HR capabilities to support the company growth in alignment with its vision, strategy, business goals and culture.
You are degree qualified with strong experience in manufacturing HR roles, ideally gained in Singapore headquartered companies. You have experience covering particularly Singapore and China and are well-versed with relevant country legislations and local laws. Fluency in Mandarin will be essential due to business presence in China. You are hands on, a self-starter and possess strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
