    Our client is a successful and fast growing commodities trading company headquartered in Singapore with an international presence.  To support its continued high growth, there is now a rare opportunity to join its group human resources team to develop its talent and organization development capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    This is an exciting role where you will deliver the talent management and organisation development agenda aligned to the firm’s strategic goals and priorities. You will design, conceptualise and implement talent frameworks, programs and solutions across domains including talent management, managing hi-potentials, career development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, recognition and performance management. You will work closely with business leaders and the wider human resource team contextualize to the functions and markets, and ensure effective communication and execution of initiatives and solutions. You will be a subject matter expert, providing current market insights and thought leadership on best-in-class talent management. As part of a lean HR team, you will also be involved in HR Business Partnering key stakeholders from time to time.

    Requirements

    You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in talent management and organisation development gained in progressive, people-centric and dynamic global companies. You have experience in both design and implementation working closely with business leaders and HR. You are a progressive, future focused professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and communication skills.
