This company is owned by a consortium of premier global banking shareholders and was set up to provide global payment services across multiple currencies through its digital block-chain platform. As part of its high growth phase, it is hiring a dynamic and highly commercial Head of Business Development focusing on global and regional banking and financial institution clients.

Responsibilities

You will lead all business development and client engagement activities globally. Responsibilities include developing and executing business, client and sales strategies.  You will be the face of the company at industry events. You will support thought leadership and defining the company overall company business strategy and value propositions.

Requirements

You will have proven B2B business development experience focusing on building client relationships at C-Suite level with wholesale banks or licensed financial institutions. Exposure in either payment, transaction banking, corporate banking and/or blockchain will be preferred. You are strategic, driven, possess entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable operating in a start-up and high-growth phase environment.
