Our client is a rapidly-growing consumer group with millions of newly acquired users in recent years. Today, they are seeking a strategic group-level CRM lead to build a customer engagement & loyalty strategy, further elevating their brand presence globally. This is with an employer that has a track record of enabling teams to scale rapidly.
With the ultimate goal of creating a delightful customer experience, you will lead a new CRM/ loyalty strategy, defining a successful framework to gain direct user acquisition and engagement. Responsible for growing the CRM function, you will provide guidance from strategy to operations. You would have the autonomy to either utilize the existing CRM platform or lead the platform development cycle – from conceptualization to development. To enable your success, you may grow a team while collaborating closely with established teams including Analytics, Marketing, Tech/ Data warehouse.
You are a CRM/ loyalty professional with over 7 years’ demonstrated success growing CRM/ loyalty programmes/ loyalty marketing. You would ideally have worked in a fast-growing firm, having a direct contribution to the scaling up of projects/ businesses. As someone hungry to succeed, and analytical, you are ideally a high-achiever with a track-record of using data to drive your strategy and campaigns.
