Our client is a fast growing bank which has garnered strong industry accolades. There is now an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Benefits leader to join them to drive innovation in and further development of its Benefits function to be best-in-class.
Managing a team, reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will lead the group’s Benefits function across Asia. You will conceptualise, design and implement market competitive programmes, and best-in-class operations with strong adoption of new technologies for a highly positive employee experience. This is a visible role where you will partner with key senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of Benefits to the bank’s strategy on the business and people fronts.
You are degree qualified with strong Benefits or Compensation & Benefits experience gained in dynamic organisations, within or outside of financial services. You are a strong embracer of technology with a demonstrable track record in developing competitive programmes and operations contributing to positive employee experience. You are highly numerate, a critical thinker, and an operationally hands on yet strategic leader. Strong presentation and communication skills will be essential.
