    One of our clients, an established leader in the niche of consumer services, is seeking for a leader in business development for a new brand in their business. This brand is a critical and exciting new business for the growth story of the group, as they continue to grow ambitiously in the market.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, your role is to champion the growth of this new brand, and lead a team of 6 in business development and customer service.

    To succeed, you are an authentic leader, with 2 years of experience leading a sales team. Selling with a storytelling or consultative approach is your flair, and you have at least 6 years of work experience in sales. While your former industry experience is not important, the majority of your experience is in B2C, targeting either working professionals, the public or families. Individuals from FMCG, Hospitality, Education are welcome to apply. Due to market needs, you must be fluent in mandarin.
