The employer is a global group with several esteemed early childhood chains in the region. This is a role where you would lead the quality assurance of the group, while being willing to learn about M&A integration for the keen learner.

Responsibilities:

You will lead 2 pillars of the business – quality management, and post-merger integration.

Firstly, you be leading a team to manage the improvement of curriculum quality in the centers, ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for the consistency of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tracking quality and incidents, audit safety and health, developing a quality roadmap for the entire organization. You will partner closely with Cluster Principals, Curriculum Head and Operations in this role. Where needed, you will also be maintaining the SPARK certification, also known as Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework.

Secondly, you will manage the full integration of any acquisition, building and monitoring the quality management system, before transitioning the integrated business to your Director of Operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the role will be familiar with ECDA accreditation and quality assurance, and be open to learning about business integration on the job. The employer is willing to train the right individual in the field of post-merger acquisition. You need to be analytical, intelligent and have excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
