    Description

    As the “owner” of the customer base, the Head of Customer Analytics & CVM will ensure effective application of Data Analytics to ensure retention, cross sell and upsell are executed in the best possible way, maximizing lifetime and value while delivering the best possible NPS.

    Responsibilities:

    You will lead and manage a team consisting of CVM, Rewards & Loyalty, 360 data – Data Analytics, Research & Intelligence to deliver maximum customer value. Overall responsibility of creating retention policies and execution of campaigns, customer base value management. Develop, implement and execute rewards programmes to improve NPS and retention. Initiate market research and regular reporting on insights. Analyze and report on customer insights/usage and ARPU analysis, Social and web analytics. You will also drive CRM and analytics systems strategy and implementation of DWH, Development of new tools required to drive better customer engagement and stickiness, track CAPEX and OPEX for the department. You will develop and implement data systems to support commercial decision making, data analytics to advise the business on performance.

    Requirements:

    Min 15 years work/management experience, ideally spent number of years in any of the industries such as Banking/ Insurance/ Telco/ Media/ digital/ecommerce. Must have experience in project budget management, ideally have managed large teams and managed managers. You should have significant experience in project monitoring & Reporting. Must have experience with Customer Analytics, Customer Value management, Campaigns, Performance and business reporting, Solid experience with Data analytics, Data systems and technology appreciation. Must have leadership experience in running a CRM function with focus on data and analytics. Ideally with a degree in management, marketing, economics or technology.
