    Description

    Our client is a Global Consumer Leader undergoing transformative change in their products and brand portfolio. They have also adopted a digital first strategy to their business, supported by resources and alignment globally. With these changes, its an exciting time to be part of the team and they are now hiring for a Head of Digital – APAC & Middle East. Role is to be based in Hong Kong.

    Responsibilities

    As an experienced digital expert, you will be playing a key role in our new category activation and deployment within the regions. Leading this project, you will develop and implement best-in-industry consumer facing digital capabilities (Search, Paid media, Social, CRM, web & eCommerce). As the lead, you will unify the digital first activation approach across Brands and Markets with the focus on consumer experience and geo expansion. You will also have the opportunity to lead consulting teams to deep dive into defining customer understanding, work on Route to Market Strategies (via digital channels), refine and define capabilities and eventually lead local market implementations. You would also formulate clear digital road maps as well as potential digital partnerships.

     

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with at least 12 years’ of digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience with a global FMCG organization. Having put together a digital road map for your organization,  you would also have a proven track record of working through people, demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, collaboration, and driving change across a matrix organization and among diverse cultures. You would also be someone who is has the business and commercial acumen, coupled with a creative mindset underpinned by data-driven thinking.
