We are partnering a recognised Telco on a search to identify a leader to enhance and grow its capabilities and offerings on its digital domains (web and mobile).

Responsibilities
As part of the Group Digital management team, you will lead a team of product owners, customer experience specialists and business analysts, to bring the best-in-class digital experience and offerings to the customers. You are responsible for working with the innovation teams on ideation through to the engineering / technology team on implementation. You are measured on the adoption rate and the extent of reach to the customers on the digital channels.

Requirements
You have a proven track record in managing digital teams, and success in running super apps. You understand the mindset of the consumer and are able to develop experiences to cater to a diverse demographic set. You have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work alongside senior management in both business and technology divisions.
