We are partnering a recognised Technology organisation on a search to identify a leader to set up and and grow its capabilities and offerings on its digital domains (web and mobile). This is a newly created position within the Enterprise business, representing an exciting opportunity to dream, create and chart out new opportunities for the business group.

Responsibilities

As part of the Group Digital management team, you will lead a team of product owners, customer experience specialists and business analysts, to bring the best-in-class digital experience and offerings to the enterprise customers. You are responsible for working with the innovation teams on ideation through to the engineering / technology team on implementation. You are measured on the adoption rate and the extent of reach to the customers on these new digital channels.

Requirements

You have a proven track record in managing digital teams, and have a fluency in working with enterprise customers. You have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work alongside senior management in both business and technology divisions.
