Our client is a market leader, poised for exciting growth within their sector. There is therefore an opportunity for a transformational Finance Director/Senior Finance Manager, to embark on this exciting journey with them, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Asia Finance Director, and business partnering the Regional Managing Director, you will manage a lean finance organization to lead the entire Finance function for their SEA business. This will include the financial stewardship functions of statutory accounting and reporting, governance and controls, strategic planning and analysis and working capital management. A significant portion of the scope will be to partner with the business and sales leaders in enabling growth. As the business is embarking on a turnaround and growth journey, you will also be expected to lead exciting projects for the business.

Requirements

Ideally you have a proven track record and have a minimum of 12 years’ relevant commercial work experience, of which at least some should be spent in a managerial/leadership capacity. You are a strong business partner and have had experience in business turnaround/growth. Dynamic and strategic, adaptable and agile – you thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates from sales organizations highly advantageous. Native Thai speakers highly preferred.
