Our client is a well-backed company contending for a Singapore Digital Banking licence. This is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic human resources leader to be part of a high energy pioneering team changing the game in banking.
This is an exciting role where you will set up from scratch, develop and lead the human resources function partnering the CEO and business leaders in developing and executing its HR strategy to establish the bank as an employer of choice. You will design and deploy an employee value proposition consistent with the bank’s mission, vision, values and behaviours; and adopt best practices across talent attraction and retention, talent management and development, rewards and benefits, and employee engagement. You will be a culture champion and role model embodying the values and behaviours of the bank.
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record and relevant human resources set-up experience gained in the banking sector in Singapore. You are well-versed in Singapore’s banking regulations and labour legislations with a good appreciation of the fintech industry. You are innovative, future-focused, strategic yet highly hands on. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
