Our client is a fast growing energy trading company internationally headquartered in Singapore. It has been successfully growing its business presence in Singapore and will be expanding its footprint in the Asia region. There is now an exciting opportunity to join them to lead its HR function supporting its continued growth.
This is an exciting strategic yet hands on role, where you will be responsible for HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement. To support the company’s next phase of growth, you will be responsible for further developing its HR capabilities and are instrumental in driving HR transformation and change management in alignment with the company’s vision and goals. You will identify and drive adoption of best-in-class HR practices to help the company establish the company as an employer of choice.
You are a degree qualified with strong track record in setting up or developing HR capabilities, with strong HR business partnering and generalist experience, and the agility to switch between a tactical and strategic mindset. Prior experience in the energy or commodities sector will be preferred. You have an in-depth understanding of the Singapore market, and its regulations and practices. You are a dynamic leader and change agent who is strategic yet hands on, with strong EQ and communication skills.
