Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a Global Bank in hiring for a Head of Insider Threat position. This is a newly created and exciting global role which would allow you the opportunity to lead a team and build up the Bank’s existing capabilities in managing insider threats and reduce insider risks that may be caused by incidents such as IP theft, PFF theft, fraud, sabotage, espionage or negligence.
In this role, you will develop and implement a strategy that would address the Insider Threat for Information and Cyber Security which includes identifying the Bank’s high-risk users to ensure that there is an appropriate level of training, development, awareness and controls to mitigate the threat and respond to any incidents effectively.
As a result of the complexity caused by a changing threat landscape, you will work with teams across different functions and business lines to establish baseline assessment, prioritize control improvements and provide high levels of visibility to management to escalate blockers for early resolution. You will ensure that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved to ensure a robust escalation process is in place.
You should be Degree qualified with minimally 12 years of experience, preferably with recent years of experience in Cyber Security, Threat Management or Program Management. As this is a senior leadership role, having experience managing complex, multi-year programs across various functions, regional and countries would be highly regarded.
If you are interested to learn more about the above opportunity, please share your CV (Word doc preferably) to Chen Yi at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the high volume of applications, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
