Our client is a leading financial service firm. As they are building new business, they are looking for a seasoned Head of Insurance Training professional to join the team.

Responsibilities
Reporting to CEO, the successful person will lead the training and learning activities within the firm. You will need to understand the business requirements and current pinpoint to come out learning solutions. You will be crafting and building the learning platform not only to internal users, but also to external markets; eventually, to create a revenue generating business. It’s a highly strategic role as you will be sitting in the core management team and be a member of management committee to drive the business.

Requirements
You have 10 – 15 years of learning / training experience in the financial services or insurance industry. You will need to have a strong leadership to develop the team. Good understanding of the industry and strong business acumen are critical. Strategic thinking, strong communication and stakeholder management are also essential.
