    Our client is major financial institution, currently undergoing strategic business and digital transformation to achieve its ambitious growth targets. There is now a rare opportunity to be part of this exciting transformation journey as Head of Leadership Development & Learning for its Vietnam business.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Country Chief Human Capital Officer, this is an exciting role where you will design, develop and execute best-in-class leadership development and learning programmes to strengthen the firm’s country leadership capabilities and training & development offerings.  Working in partnership with subject matter experts within and outside the firm, learning institutes as well as programme delivery partners, you will be responsible for program strategies, design and execution of leadership and learning programs to develop the bank’s next generation of leaders and enable its leaders and workforce to successfully drive the firm’s digital transformation and growth agenda. This is a highly visible role where you will work directly with Business and HR leaders on competency needs and development progress to ensure success.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in developing next generation leaders, with strong ability to design and execute strategic leadership programs as well as learning and developments capabilities, gained in high growth companies undergoing significant transformation. You are strategic yet operationally hands on, with excellent presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
