Our client is a highly regarded and progressive technology company in growth mode. To support the company’s go-forward strategies and focus in building a digitally future ready workforce, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic tech leader to head its learning academy.
This is an exciting role with end to end responsibility for developing and managing the learning academy. Managing a team, you will define, develop and execute learning and talent development strategies and policies to bring best in class digital and technical programs and curriculum aligned to the rapid transformation in the technology market and talent landscape. You will develop and manage partnerships with learning institutes and training partners and ensure operational excellence in service delivery. This is a highly future focused role where you are expected to provide thought leadership on current and emerging trends and best practices in digital and technical education and training.
You are an experienced digital or tech leader with passion and demonstrated track record in developing talent, particularly in emerging technologies, gained in progressive companies. You are a progressive, future focused leader who is passionate about learning and shaping a highly tech enabled future workforce. You are strategic yet hands on, with excellent presentation, influencing and communication skills.
