    Our client is a Singapore headquartered asset manager who is well funded and has been taking an active approach in investments across the region especially in the renewable energy as well as infrastructure sector. They are currently looking for a driven individual to join them as the Head of Legal to lead a team of 3 individuals and work as a strategic legal advisor to the business.


    As a key senior member of the organization, you will provide legal support to the fund managers in relation to private fund formation, fund raising as well as advise to investments.  You will assist to oversee all downstream investments activities including acquisitions, joint-ventures and any divestments. Together with your team, you will also assist to negotiate with external parties on financing matters in relation to the investments that the organization is making.

    You will also provide an oversight on the corporate secretarial matters and managing the team to ensure that annual reports and statutory requirements and obligations are met.


    In order to excel in this role, you should be a Singapore qualified lawyer with 12 -15 years of experience with experience in private fund structuring and merger and acquisition. Candidates with such experience from law firms are welcome to apply. Prior leadership experience in managing a team will be advantages.
