Kerry Consulting is working with an established International Asset Manager who is looking for a Head of Legal to be responsible for their Legal Function. This is an excellent opportunity for individual who is keen to gain C-suite exposure and is ready for a step up.

Responsibilities

This role will report directly to the CEO and be working alongside the CEO on strategic initiatives for the organization. You will be responsible for all funds related legal matters including but not limited to distribution agreements, marketing materials and prospectuses. You will serve as the point of contact with the business and help to address any issues on fund matters in a timely manner.

Requirements

In order to succeed in this role, you should be a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of experience within the investment management space either from private practice or from an asset manager. You should be an individual who is highly commercial and has the ability to work independently
