    We are very proud to be partnering with one of our region’s key players in the aviation industry as they embark on a strategic transformation exercise. Whilst the aviation industry bore the brunt of pandemic-induced restrictions, our client’s resilient supply chain planning and investments in food technology has positioned them to capture increasing market share during today’s recovery boom. They are now seeking a Head of Organisation Development to carry them through the next phase of transformation as they develop a future-ready workforce that is both agile and nimble.


    You will lead a team of 3-4 members who work alongside you to identify complex issues which impact business performance and people development. Your team works at the strategic level to drive change from reimagining the future of work; to job redesign and strategic workforce planning; through to planning interventions and guiding people through change management; and ultimately overseeing broad frameworks relating to talent management and succession planning. Your specialized team will play a first-hand role in conceptualizing the workforce of tomorrow and contribute to the company’s vision and future for many decades to come.     You should be degree-qualified with at least 8 years of experience gained at large matrixed organisations or global multinationals. Prior experience at consulting firms will also be considered. You should have a background in organisation development and/or change management; these should be at a strategic conceptualisation and tactical implementation level. You must also possess excellent communication skills and a demonstrable record in influencing multiple levels of stakeholders through change.
