A fast growing bank with significant international footprint, and is continuing to aggressively expand its presence in Asia. There is now a great opportunity to join the bank’s technical delivery team to head up its Payment Platforms.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you play an integral role in leading the payment platforms technical delivery and development team. Working in a headquartered environment, you are responsible for the overall delivery and migration of existing platforms in the region. You provide technical and thought leadership to ensure successful implementation of the platforms as part of a major transformation program of the bank. As a people manager, you constantly strive to build up capabilities in the team, ensuring highest standards of methodologies, tools and skills to delivery excellence.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you have minimum 15 years of experience in technical delivery in the financial services industry. You have proven experience in leading large scale, complex application development programs, preferably in the payments or cash management domain. You have strong understanding of all architecture layers with experience in both waterfall and agile delivery. You possess strong communications skills and can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
