This well-funded organisation is well-positioned to achieve its growth plans for the region. It is committed in investing its technology platform and has various newly created technology positions. In view of that, they are looking for a Head of performance analytics with the aim to become a data-driven intelligent enterprise.
This is a newly created role where the candidate will lead a team of professionals to plan, deploy and support MIS reporting and KPI dashboards, and operationalize data analytics insights across all levels of the firm. The role is not only responsible for gaining insights operation efficiency but also utilise data to help business create targeted and measurable campaigns.
As this role sits within technology, the candidate will also have a technical slant where he or she is expected to have prior hands-on experience in data technologies/ business intelligence tools such as Tableau, R, Business Objects, SQL etc to determine the best tools for different usage for the firm.
The ideal candidate should come with at least 10 – 15 years data analytics/MIS experience with exposure in the latest Big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Impala), Analytic tools (R, SAS, Python, Java, Scala) and Data modelling tools (Tableu, PowerBI/Qlik). He or she should have excellent communication and influencing skills and is comfortable interacting at the C-suite level.
