This is a highly visible and impactful role, with good empowerment to lead the strategy development and drive the business growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior leadership role with the mandate to design, develop and manage strategy and eventually launch the new business segment. You will also be responsible for building a team thereafter to deliver the strategy agenda. Together with management team, you will be responsible for defining the business growth agenda and strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves to lead the multi-disciplinary team to support the growth regionally. The role has broad visibility of the business across multiple areas and very senior stakeholders and therefore serves as a platform for many career development opportunities.
