    Description

    Our client is a family-owned Spirits Group, headquartered in Europe with close to 2,000 employees worldwide. They are hiring a Head of Sales to cover the total sales in Malaysia market, to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

    Responsibilities 
    Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of 6 to grow market share and drive business growth with a key focus on Modern On-Trade customers. You will get the chance to design and implement strategic sales plan with your team to expand the customer base and ensure a strong brand presence. You will also need to present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.

    Requirements
    Ideally, you have 10+ years of wine and spirit sales experience, covering on-trade customers (bars, pubs, lounges, private events, etc.). You are also experienced in distributor management and team management. Someone from a local wine/spirit distributor or importer is also highly encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals with a progressive mindset, open to change, has excellent English language skills (spoken and written) and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
