    Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a Leading Bank to hire for a Head of Security Engineering position. Reporting directly to the CISO, this is a senior position that will be responsible for managing a team of 30+ members (not including vendors). Working closely with the leadership team, you will be actively involved in the security aspects for both Change-the-Bank and Run-the-Bank functions.


    Your security engineering responsibilities will span across the following areas:

    Security automation, SecOps Automation, DLP, SIEM, Big Data Security Analytics, Key Management, System Hardening, Database Security and Hardware Security Modules.

    Working together with your team, you will oversee the development and deployment of all new and enhanced security tools and technologies, while ensuring that critical systems for the bank are administered and maintained effectively with a high degree of resiliency and reliability.


    The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Information Security, preferably with recent years of experience in leading sizeable engineering teams in complex and large organizations.
