Description
Main Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Service strategy, grow profitable service business year-on-year and assist Sales to grow the overall the business
- Responsible for all service aspects of product support function for the Products, including management and execution of local field support, on-site installation, training and commissioning, diagnose and resolve products quality problem, effective preventive maintenance, calibration & repair services and correspond with customers on service matters.
- Closely collaborate with Sales Team to improve company business
Requirements
- Engineering background and experienced in product knowledge and technical understanding
- Strong people management experience in fast-paced industry environment
- Customer oriented focus and proven customer management skills
- Field service and operation experience preferred but also open for candidates with sales experience
- Strong business acumen and proven experience in managing Service Business P&L
- Great communication and negotiation ability
- Good command of spoken and written English
- 15+ years of working exp.
