    As the Head of Shared Services and Systems, you are responsible for providing leadership around the oversight, integrity and administration of HR Systems and Shared Services capabilities that enable the company’s people strategy for Singapore. You will partner closely with various Centre of Excellence HR team members and be the primary interface with IT and  HR to evaluate and deploy modules within the systems that meet local and global requirements. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an HR Dashboard and regularly report on key HR metrics for the organization including Headcount, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Safety, Training and Talent.

    You are responsible to streamline and manage shared services process to ensure adequate internal controls, drive efficiencies, process improvements and automation. Developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships (HR team and external  service providers).

    You will have at least 15 years of HR Shared Services and HRIS experience. Strong technical background in various HRIS systems will be important. Experience in Workday or SAP Success Factors will be an advantage. In addition, you will have experience with HR transformation and change management. You will be familiar with local employment legislations, and be able to handle complexity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience with related, fast-growing, multi-national company.

    Broad HR Shared Services experience including People Services, On-boarding/ Off-boarding and Payroll. Proven track records in stakeholder management, vendor selection and vendor management are essential. Strong  analytical skills and the ability to work effectively and cohesively with large teams.
