Our client is an industry leader; highly respected and lauded for innovation. Due to key talent movements, there is now an exciting opportunity for a senior finance professional to head their Shared Services Organization.

Responsibilities

As a critical member of the Finance Organization, you will lead an international team in managing the shared accounting services encompassing workflows including OTC, P2P, R2R for the various legal entities within the Group. You will also continually look into efficiencies and improvements whilst maintain top class service levels to internal stakeholders. With state-of-the-art technology tools at your disposal, you will also be expected to embed automation (including RPA, AI) where possible depending on the stage of maturity in each of the individual vertical work streams.

Requirements

Ideally you should be a degree qualified CPA/CA, with a minimum of 20 years’ relevant experience. Shared services and operations experience is must. You are self-motivated, energetic and flexible in dealing with levels of ambiguity. You also communicate well across all levels and display strong levels of leadership.
