Our client is a dynamic major bank with an established Transaction Banking business. To drive its continued growth in Asia, especially in Greater China, there is now an exciting opportunity for a strategic individual to lead its Transaction Banking Strategy and Marketing functions, based in Singapore.
This is a highly visible role reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking, where you will be responsible for strategy formulation with the Head of Transaction Banking; as well as for strategic marketing and communications. You will work closely with the business leaders and cross functional colleagues to drive business strategy execution, as well as to develop and implement an integrated marketing and client engagement strategy. The former includes keeping abreast of and articulating industry and market trends to the business, and formulating and tracking strategic KPIs for performance management. The latter includes online and print strategy and content, events for client engagement and product commercialisation, and engagement with industry publications and awards.
You are degree qualified with a strong track record of strategic planning and integrated marketing experience gained in banking and financial services. Experience in Transaction Banking will be highly advantageous. You are strategic, highly innovative and passionate about new economy strategies including harnessing digital and data technologies to drive business growth. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in engaging senior business leaders will be essential. Fluency in Mandarin will be required due to coverage of the Greater China business.
