Our client is a leading healthcare company and is committed to its ESG mission and achieving net-zero. It is recruiting the Head of Sustainability to help path its Sustainability journey.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO Office, you will champion sustainability agenda for the company by defining strategies, framework, and practices to drive focus on building sustainable business and governance. You will also be responsible for the asset management of its real estate portfolio and the related ESG activities. You will work across business units and corporate functions to identify opportunities on sustainability, executing relevant programs and meeting sustainability standards. You will drive transformation to improve sustainability awareness and work with HR in promoting sustainability learning and culture within the Group.  You will be the face to external bodies including regulators, associations, industry and sustainability forums.

Requirements

Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Real Estate or relevant building-related Studies. At least 15 years of experience in asset management with a focus on sustainability. You possess a strong understanding of current trends in sustainability and ESG matters. Experience in real estate management and related building ESG is highly advantageous. You possess the passion to drive to build strong sustainability culture towards sustainable change.
