    Our client is a fast growing and highly successful fintech company with regional footprint and global growth ambitions.  There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic talent acquisition manager to be part of this exciting growth journey.

    Responsibilities

    This is both a leadership and hands on role where you will develop and manage a best-in-class talent acquisition function to ensure successful attraction of top talent in the region. You will be responsible establishing talent acquisition strategies, frameworks, policies, processes and systems that effectively supports volume hiring to strategic senior appointments. You will provide effective leadership to your team to drive high performance as well as their development. You will be directly involved in strategic senior hires and are expected to build a network of senior industry and professional contacts. You will be a key partner to the business leaders in providing current insights to the talent market and best practices in talent attraction.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in talent acquisition capability building and management gained in fast growing tech companies. You have experience recruiting through hypergrowth, working with multi-cultural, multi-location large employee populations. You have acquired talent across South East Asia, and ideally China and India, including making senior appointments. Fluency in Mandarin will be essential due to significant business presence in China and frequent communication with in-country stakeholders. You are results oriented, with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition strategy formulation and decision-making; and are resilient, innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
