Our client is a highly established and successful industrial group currently undergoing strategic business transformation. To support the group’s go-forward strategies and its focus in building a future ready workforce, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic people leader to shape and drive the group’s Talent agenda.
Reporting to the CHRO, this is an exciting role where you will shape and deliver a future focused talent agenda aligned to the group’s vision and business goals, ensuring it is an employer of choice within its industry. Leading Talent Attraction, Talent Management & Development, Leadership Development and Culture, you will conceptualise and implement strategies, frameworks, programs and solutions across domains including talent attraction & acquisition, performance management & recognition, talent and hi-po development, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and culture building. You will work closely with senior business leaders and human resource business partners to contextualize to the businesses and markets, and ensure effective communication and execution of initiatives and solutions. You will be a subject matter expert, providing current market insights and thought leadership on best-in-class talent practices.
You are a degree qualified human resources leader with demonstrated track record in attracting and developing top talent in large progressive organisations. You have strong expertise across talent attraction & recruitment, talent management, leadership development and culture building / organisational development. You have experience in both design and implementation working closely with top management and senior stakeholders. You are a progressive, future focused HR leader who is strategic yet hands on, with strong presentation, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.
