    There is a now an excellent opportunity for  you to be the Head of Talent Management, Development and Learning with a renowned FMCG organization. Reporting to the HR Director, you will drive the end to end Talent Management and learning suite of programs and initiatives for the Singapore business. Design and implement talent Development strategies and frameworks including Leadership Development, Succession Planning , Talent Management on talent retention agenda.

    You are the key strategic Talent partner who drives the identification and development of programs by executing and managing initiatives. Establish strong partnership with senior stakeholders across the functions to drive towards a robust people development programs aligned with the company goals. Manage annual talent identification process and talent calibration. Kick start and manage talent/ workforce  analytics to support talent strategy and recalibration of talent bench strength/ retention in the organization. You will provide thought leadership for Talent, Diversity, Performance Management, and change management. Identify training gaps, design and propose talent intervention initiatives. You will project manage and implement programs to address people development needs. Drive adoption through various communication channels and deliver strategic programs, supported by analytics and reporting.  Review of the yearly learning programs with the respective business units.

    You are degree qualified with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of HR experience in Talent Management, Learning and Organizational development function in a corporate environment.  You will have the learning agility and have worked in a highly matrix organization. Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and HR team. You will have organizational astuteness and learning agility. Experience working in a fast-paced organization with great dynamism is important to assimilate into the organization working style. Solid prior experience in change management and HR transformation will be important. You should possess a strong business orientation is critical to the success of this position.
