    A new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Talent Development & Learning. The key charter is to develop and build an innovative talent and learning agenda to meet the growing business needs within the Consumer industry. The objective is to set up a Learning Academy internally and develop a high performing and engaged workforce. There is a focus to build the digital and technical capability for the business expansion. You will define and shape the learning strategies with respect to the transformation changes within the technology function. This will include the design and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional functional competencies, leadership development and continuous learning. Provide best practices in talent and learning strategies for capability building to be at the forefront of the industry.

    Partner with the CEO and functional leaders closely to identify high potential talents, key critical roles and proactively create and plan career progression and developmental needs as part of our retention and succession planning strategy. Contribute to talent development and performance management strategy, frameworks and policies. Perform needs analysis and review organization resources to ensure that our learning road map are optimized and aligned to business objectives.

    Work with the senior leadership team to develop effective change management initiatives, identifying stakeholders contributing to strategy, content and deliverable. Drive Talent strategy to align to business objectives and priorities. Effective succession planning resulting in a ready pool of high performing talents to assume critical roles.

    You will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Talent Development and Learning function. Prior experience and track record in a new set up is highly preferred. Ability to navigate in a dynamic and evolving environment is critical to the success of this position. Experience working in transformative business environment will be a plus. You will enjoy and thrive working in a pacey environment.  You will be both strategic and hands on as there is a need for this individual to operationalise the execution and delivery with a lean team. Successful experience in developing a robust talent and management strategy. Proven track record of a successful establishment of an in-house learning academy.
