A major Financial Institution is looking to hire a Head of Treasury Products. Working closely with the Head of Wealth Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the structured products team.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the bank’s wealth management investment platform. You will drive the product strategy and ideation, collaborating with key stakeholders in identifying investment opportunities, executing initiatives and strategies to achieve the business goals of the structured products business. You will execute the business, product and digital wealth transformation strategy to meet business objectives. As the product owner, you will initiate and lead the implementation of investment initiatives through development of new product and customer value propositions.

Requirements

You have strong academic qualifications and at least 12 years of work experience in areas related to investment products, including structured and treasury products. You are well versed with the entire product development and management cycle and are conversant with the retail banking business. Team management experience is a strong advantage. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able work effectively with stakeholders across functions.  A strategic thinker, you are equally able to adopt a hands-on approach in running a successful product platform.
