A leading Financial Institution in Singapore is looking for a Head of Trust compliance to provide oversight and advisory support in conjunction with the company’s Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Financial Crime Compliance and Head of Regulatory Compliance and managing a small team in Singapore, you will be providing AML and regulatory advice as a trusted advisor to the Singapore Trust company to manage the AML and regulatory risk of the company. You will also help to manage and maintain positive relationship with the MAS, including anticipating regulatory expectations and responding to regulatory queries & findings.

Requirements

You should be a degree holder with relevant ACAMS qualification and with at least 13 years of experience in AML and trust compliance in a private banking / trust company environment. You should have knowledge of and the ability to assess the risks involved in respect of private banking clients, complex trust structures and non-standard trust assets as well as investigating suspicious transactions and filing of STRs.
