    Our client is a highly established and well-regarded regional industry leader. There is now an exciting and rare opportunity for a dynamic Rewards leader to join its group human resources team to support the firm’s growth agenda.


    Reporting to the CHRO, this is an exciting role where you will lead Rewards (Compensation and Benefits), HR Analytics and Talent Management functions. This is an organisation with a significant blue collar and unionised workforce within and outside Singapore. You will lead the review and calibration of compensation structures, benchmarking and calibration exercises to ensure competitiveness for attraction and retention of talent.  You will also have oversight of talent management and development programs and building out of its HR analytics capabilities.


    You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / Compensation & Benefits for companies with significant operations headcount. You are ideally familiar with blue collar / unionised workforces and / or “progressive wage models”.  You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
