Our client is a well established Singapore headquartered digital solutions company in an exciting phase of growth and strategic business transformation.  There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic talent acquisition manager to be part of this exciting growth journey.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHRO, this is both a leadership and hands on role where you will review, re-imagine, transform and lead the Talent Acquisition function to ensure successful attraction of top talent through best-in-class talent attraction and talent acquisition strategies, frameworks, policies, processes and systems that effectively supports volume hiring to strategic appointments. You will also lead the Employee Journey Operations function to ensure excellent Employee Experience across the employee lifecycle. You will be a key partner to the business leaders in providing current insights to the talent market and best practices in talent attraction and employee journey operations.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in transforming and leading successful talent acquisition functions ideally gained in technology or digitally enabled companies. You have a strategic mindset with ability to develop best-in-class strategies and operating models to deliver top talent attraction, candidate and employee journey experience. You are results oriented, with a data-driven approach to strategy formulation and decision-making; and are resilient, innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
