A local renowned organisation is now looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team. With a good standing locally and globally, they are frequently the choice organisation to be part of.
As the HRBP, you will oversee the full range of HR spectrum and you are critical in providing strategic and advisory support to the organisation. You will have the opportunity to drive projects and implement initiatives to streamline HR processes to increase and enhance efficiency. You are expected to take part in and lead ad-hoc HR projects that are aligned to the organisation’s direction.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, part of your responsibility will be to manage and facilitate the onboarding processes and assist in all matters pertaining to the HR function. You are instrumental in coordinating the HR policies and be the subject matter expert on all HR-related issues to the different members of the departments.
You will have at least 5 to 7 years of HRBP experience. Strong project management and HR generalist skills. To excel in this role, you will need to be resourceful with proven spoken and written communication skills. You will are strong in stakeholder management with the ability to convey and persuade.
