    Description

    Our client is an established renowned FMCG player in the Wines & Spirits industry, with an acclaimed global portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director based in Hong Kong, you will lead HR business partnering initiatives and drive significant organisational developments. There is functional reporting to the HR leader in APAC. You will partner closely with key business leaders and demonstrate your business partnering expertise by providing guidance, strategic input and advisory to achieve key business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    As the Human Resource Business Partner, you will work closely with the Regional SLT (Senior Leadership Team) in Hong Kong and Macau. This is essentially a full suite HR role encompassing functions of Talent attraction & management, Business partnering, Total rewards, HR Operations and Employee engagement. You will be responsible for providing professional advisory services, especially with regards to developing an exceptional people agenda. You are an engaging individual, who can drive the organisation’s culture and employee engagement. In addition, you are comfortable with providing insights and advice to the rewards team to maintain the compensatory competitiveness of the organisation.

    Key Requirements

    As an experienced HR generalist and business partner, you will have at least 12 to 15 years of relevant experience including talent management, capability & organisational development, rewards and driving organisational culture and engagement. You are also competent with stakeholder management and have strong change and communication skills. A natural leader who is driven and engaging, and you will be an exemplary role model to employees across the organisation. Whilst you have worked in established and structured multinationals, you are fundamentally entrepreneurial in spirit, flexible and agile in thought. To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, driven and operationally hands on.
