    Description

    Our client is a Temasek-backed Series C fintech who has seen tremendous success in the region. They are now aggressively expanding and are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their team in driving the firm’s progressive people agenda.

    Responsibilities

    This role is ideal for someone looking to join a fast-paced, hyper-growth fintech in the midst of transforming their people strategy. Partnering closely with the business heads, you will drive organisational change and transform the perception of HR as an administrative function to one which value-adds commercial decisions for stakeholders. Harnessing the power of analytics, you will make data-driven decisions to reinvent the way the firm recruits, retains, and rewards talents. Also, you champion best-in-class workplace practices to make the firm a close-knit family of high-performing individuals. The possibilities for change are endless for a driven and creative HR partner.

    Requirements

    You are degree-qualified with at least 5 years of solid HR business partnering experience. You have experience working in a fast-paced tech company and are familiar with latest developments in the technology space. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and adaptable to change. You are naturally curious and adept at analyzing data to arrive at logical well-backed decisions.
