There is now an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner with an US MNC within the industrial & automation sector.
As the Regional HRBP, you will oversee a full range of HR function including Business Partnership, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Leadership coaching. You are responsible for leading HR strategies, people programmes and global initiatives. You will also be responsible for translating business needs into actions.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will work closely with the Asean Leadership team and function as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. You will be consulting with the business and HR team to deliver on ad-hoc projects effectively. You are also instrumental in the management of employee lifecycle which includes providing coaching to managers and employees, and driving employee development efficiently.
You will have 8 years of solid HR Business Partnering experience, and a degree graduate in Management, Human Resources, Organisational Development or equivalent experience. Prior experience in supporting the India market will be critical. You are energetic with a driving sense of urgency. Ability to mentor and coach is a must. You will work in a fast-paced environment and resourceful with proven entrepreneurial spirit. Knowledge in HRIS system such as Workday will be an advantage. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated stakeholders management skillset.
