Our client is one of Singapore’s most iconic businesses. Currently in the midst of an exciting transformation and expansion journey, they are now seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to support the growth plans. This is a newly created role.
The individual will manage the HR business partnering function and is key to supporting the business with the Group’s HR functions. This role will partner the assigned Business Units to ensure that all HR policies, practices and initiatives are aligned and in compliance; as well as support and advise business leaders on all HR related matters. You would also have to manage the full spectrum of employee life cycle including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities. As the HRBP, you would also handle employees’ disciplinary issues and grievances; manage workforce planning, support compensation reviews/surveys & annual salary/bonus exercises. There will also be monthly reporting and other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.
You are degree qualified, with at least 6 to 8 years of strong HR experience, ideally with Business Partnering experience. You thrive within a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for the hospitality & tourism industry. You have a strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and a track record of working closely with business stakeholders across all levels.
