There is now an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner for a Media MNC.
As the HRBP, you will oversee a full range of HR function including Business Partnership, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR Operations. You are responsible for leading HR strategies, people programmes and global initiatives. You will also be responsible for translating business needs into actions.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will spearhead HR changes and drive initiatives to enhance the HR processes and operations. You will promote the company’s culture and create a positive employee atmosphere. You will be required to analyse data and recommend suitable solutions to your business leaders. As a Business Partner, you will be given the chance to play a strategic role and at the same time come up with creative solutions to tackle tricky HR-related matters.
You will have 6 years of solid HR Business Partnering experience. You are energetic with a driving sense of urgency. Ability to mentor and coach is a must. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a tech background, and you are resourceful with knowledge in Singapore legislation. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated stakeholders management skillset.
