A global MNC is now looking to expand its HR team. There is a now an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join them in taking their business to the next new height.
As the HR Business Partner, you will partner directly with the various Business Units’ Heads in identifying and addressing HR issues. You will ensure that the HR policies for each business unit are aligned with the overall business directions. You will be critical in spearheading Talent Management initiatives and responsible for designing and implementing talent frameworks. You will come up with initiatives to improve the processes to enable a more efficient talent management structure.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be fully supporting the full spectrum of the HR function for your assigned Business Units, and you provide advisory support to the management on all HR matters including Talent Acquisition, Career development and Performance management etc..
You will have at least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience. To excel in this role, you will possess strong Talent Management skills with knowledge in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You are a strong communicator with the ability to think analytically and creatively.
