    There is now an exciting role as a HR Director, Asia within the Health & Life Sciences industry. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lbe managing the HR team in the Asia region with a matrix reporting.  As part of their regional strategy, they are embarking on a transformation journey for their Corporate business. You will be instrumental to develop and partner with senior business leaders while working closely with them to support the business market expansion on people agenda.

    In addition, you are responsible for providing leadership to engage stakeholders to co-drive the organizational culture and development. You will provide leadership for the end to end HR functions including talent development, business partnering, employee engagement and organizational change. You will lead the human capital strategy for the Asia region encompassing the transformation towards a HR Business Partnering culture.

    You are the trusted HR adviser and have strong understanding of the business and team dynamics. Lead and influence the people aspects of organizational change partnering with the leadership team in reviewing the structure, processes, and improvement initiatives to drive organization transformation and effectiveness. You will be recommending appropriate interventions to drive organization effectiveness.

    You will have at least 18 years of HR Generalist and Business Partnering experience. Experience in starting a green field HR function will be desirable. Ability to influence decisions across the business; proactive and proficient ability to diagnose problems and identify appropriate interventions. Demonstrated organizational consulting skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential. Experience in Workday will be an advantage. Preferably, you will have worked in a blend of both large MNCs and mid-size firms.
