    Description

Our client today is a well-funded and highly reputable investor in the clean energy & renewables industry. They are a heavyweight in the region when it comes to the research, development, acquisition, and storage of clean energy – and have recently expanded their global footprint into Europe as part of their efforts to capture the growing demand for cleaner sources of energy. A newly created position has now opened for a HR Generalist to join them in further expanding their HR capabilities.

    Responsibilities

This role puts you in a highly collaborative environment with equally passionate HR professionals and will require you to be equal parts strategic and hands-on as you straddle between different functions within HR. You will assume the hat of a total rewards professional running strategic exercises including job evaluations, job levelling, and salary benchmarking; additionally, you will also liaise with an outsourced payroll vendor to ensure monthly payroll processes run smoothly. You will be involved in assisting with recruitment operations – managing job postings, sourcing for talent, and shortlisting suitable candidates. And finally, as the bridge between Asia and Europe, you facilitate the global mobility of talent as we look forward to the normalcy of international travel.

    Requirements

You must look forward to joining a close-knit team that believes strongly in open communication and collaboration. A penchant for numbers – and associated numerical proficiency – would aid you in excelling in the role. You should be degree-qualified and possess at least 4 years of HR experience with prior exposure to salary benchmarking or compensation review. A background in the energy or commodities industries would be advantageous but not as important as a desire to learn and develop as a HR professional.
